While in business account profile

  1. From the main drop-down select my special orders
  2. Select decline shipment action icon (x) to the right of the line item in question
Note: You can also leave a message to the potential customer with a reason why or different arrangements by selecting the messaging action icon (thought bubble) to the right of the decline shipment x.
